* as a disclaimer I did the 'upgraded' version of blogger and it seems to have misplaced my spell check button. That and the pics upload a little differently, so they are all out of order. As the great Phil and Lem from better off Ted once said ya gotta 'deal with it!'
Forgive the repeat, I know I posted most of these on Facebook, but not everyone who reads my blog is on there (come on Paul, you know you wanna conform) ;).
We had fun with Aleah and her birthday. Her actually birthday was spent with just us. When I picked out the birthday Tiara, Aleah wore it in the store and refused to take it off. Wasn't happy for the 2 seconds the cashier scanned it. This coming from the girl who refuses to wear bows in her hair and rips out her pigtails when the pictures are over (sound familiar Mom? :)
She's worn it quite a bit lately and refers to it as her 'piheee" (pretty). We had a small get together for her with our usual party crowd yesterday. She's decided to come down with a cold so she was a little on the cranky side, but still managed to be absolutely adorable. We seriously just love this little girl so much! The boys are so good with her and she just loves them back. It's crazy having a daughter who looks and act like you. Sorry world!
Here she is with her favorite pet. He's getting more patient with her.
Here she is with her new party dress and her pretty bracelet that she won't break when she tries to eat it... sorry, my girl doesn't do the fancy little bead bracelets. She has broken 3 and tried to eat I don't know how many! :)
Enjoying her Birthday breakfast
This one wasn't taken on her birthday, and the pictures uploaded in a wierd order and I don't want to rearrange them. She fell asleep while waiting for her lunch. aaaahhhh...
Her new table and tea set (yes, Mommy is going to have a lot of fun with this too!)
snuggling and sucking on her bankies
trying to pick Mommy's nose (one of her favorite things to do).
peek-a-boo in the curtains. Seriously LOVE the shadow of the pig tails!
Baby girl and her pihee tiara.
Headed to the tubby after eating the cake
Here she is enjoying the cake
waiting for the cake (it's like I'm reversing time here...)
Aleah and her guest of Honor. No we did not plant him, he likes to sit at the table. funny guy, that Jazz.
Here is her cake. I tried to make it look like Jazz-a-mows. She loved it!
I did cake pops this year. Super delicious. I tried a new chocolate cake
recipe from scratch and used nutella instead of icing to bind it and dipped it in a dark chocolate. oh yeah.
And we're back to the pretty dress, but this time it has wings!
Enjoying her table and a pot of tea.
The first of many tea parties with mommy.
