Happy Birthday to Thurston!!

Happy Birthday to our Thursty dude. I would like to say that I can't believe my little man is 4 already, but he's so tall and active that I already considered him being four for a long time! So now my reaction is more like "Hey! He really is four now!!" Thurston is one of the sweetest kids I know (with a slight crazy streak I might add). He's our soft hearted emotional child, who loves to cuddle and snuggle and I love it! Thurston is headed out to Preschool next week and is so excited to attend the "Smarty Pants Preschool" (there's kind of a running joke with him being a smartypants, so this is too perfect for him). Kindergarten Time!

Today we took that giant step. I know it is just Kindergarten, but it is the beginning of the end. I think the thing that is hardest for me is the fact that he is out there on his own and you have to hope and pray that you did a good job raising them to be a good person. This I know, that even though Joseph can be headstrong and stubborn and full of energy, He is also so sweet and caring, eager to learn and makes friends everywhere he goes. He will do just fine. Me, Preston? We might be a different story! When did this little guy: Become this little/ big guy?!
